Who we are

Kellith is a founder-led software studio based in India. This policy covers the Kellith websites — kellith.com and its subdomains, including the Kellith Marketplace. The Kellith products themselves (such as Kellith HRMS and Kellith PMS) process organisational data under the agreement made with each customer organisation, not under this page.

What we collect

The contact form collects what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, optionally your company, and your message. It is delivered to us as an email at info@kellith.com and used for exactly one purpose — responding to you. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or share this information with anyone.

Browsing the site requires no account and the site sets no cookies of its own. If we enable Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, it collects usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) under Google’s privacy policy; we configure it without advertising features.

Where it lives

The websites are hosted on Vercel, and contact-form messages travel over authenticated SMTP to our mailbox. Server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) exist as part of ordinary hosting and are used only for operating and securing the site.

Your choices

Write to info@kellith.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted — deleting a contact-form thread is as simple as asking. We reply to every such request.

Changes

If a change to the site alters what is collected, this page changes in the same release, and the date above moves.
