The websites
These terms cover browsing the Kellith websites — kellith.com and its subdomains. The content here describes our platform and products in good faith and is kept accurate, but it is information, not an offer: what a product does for your organisation is agreed when we work together, in writing.
Products and services
Use of a Kellith product (such as Kellith HRMS or Kellith PMS) is governed by the agreement made with your organisation when the product is provisioned. Purchases from the Kellith Marketplace are governed by the licence presented with each toolkit at the point of sale.
Content and marks
The Kellith name, wordmark and the content of these sites belong to Kellith. Quote us with attribution as much as you like; do not present our content or marks as your own or as an endorsement.
No warranties for the sites
The websites are provided as they are. We work to keep them available, accurate and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of website content alone.
