Kellith

Attendance your payroll can trust.

Employees mark from their phone. Holidays and approved leave fold in automatically. And every past day resolves to an answer — present, on leave, holiday or absent — so the month always adds up.

What it does

Marked where people are

Employees mark attendance from the Kellith mobile app; administrators can record and correct from the console. One stream of truth either way.

No silent gaps

A day nobody marked is not a mystery — once it has passed, Kellith resolves it against holidays and approved leave, and what remains is recorded as absence. The record is always complete.

Holidays as configuration

Your organisation's holiday calendar lives in the system, so public holidays never show up as absence and never need explaining at month-end.

The manager's day at a glance

Day summaries show who is in, who is out and why — before it becomes a payroll question.

Part of one system

Attendance & Time doesn’t work alone.

Payroll

Payroll resolved days are what payroll runs on.

Questions, answered

Can employees mark attendance from their phones?

Yes. The Kellith employee app lets people mark attendance and see their own day-by-day record, and it is included with the attendance module.

What happens when someone forgets to mark a day?

Nothing disappears. Once the day has passed, Kellith resolves it automatically — against the holiday calendar and any approved leave — and records what remains as absence, visible to the employee and their manager alike.

Do we have to take the whole platform to use attendance?

No. Attendance runs on the employee directory and can be adopted on its own; leave, payroll and the other modules can be switched on later without re-implementation.
