Kellith PMS board with tasks in To do, Doing, Blocked and Done columns, showing priorities, due dates and assignees
The board: work in the four states it actually moves through, with priorities, due dates, and the people from the shared directory.

How a working day runs through it

The board tells the truth

Work moves through the four states it actually moves through, and cancelled work leaves the board instead of cluttering it. A project cannot be marked complete while tasks are still open — “done” is a fact the system checks, not a mood. Completion is reversible when work turns out to be unfinished; cancellation is final.

The same people as your HR system

Assignment runs on the same trusted directory as Kellith HRMS. Work is never given to someone who has left the organisation, and only people on the project can receive its tasks. The person picker shows current workload, so the decision is informed — and deactivated people are never offered.

Progress is computed honestly

Cancelled work counts as neither done nor outstanding, so a project's percentage means what it says. When a move is not allowed, the board shows the platform's own reason — the client never re-decides a business rule, so what you see is what the system enforced.
